Prior to picking up the motorhome, we were very pleased with the speed in how Robbie responded to a number of queries we had before our trip. The handover, including Robbie's explanation of what was required of us, and how everything worked, was very clear. We hired the motorhome to do the North Coast 500 and, due to the nature of the route, ie the width of some of the roads and the size of some of the car parks, we did have a few issues in terms of manoeuvring the vehicle given it's size, particularly when reversing! This was obviously nothing at all to do with Robbie as it was our choice. The motorhome, as a living/dining/sleeping place, was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the static bed, meaning that we didn't have to make it up every night, and the door to the bedroom and toilet meant that we didn't have to bother with any window covers. Whilst there was plenty of room for two, I think it may have been a little crowded with another two people in there. I must point out that following a little mishap, which was entirely our fault, we contacted Robbie, and he took the trouble to come and meet us to assess the damage, and also to lend us a lead for one of our phones - both over and above, and much appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with Robbie and the motorhome, and believed it helped us to enjoy our trip and, as stated, the driving issues we faced were no fault of his.
